Washing
Cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C/86F) to prevent shrinking and damage to the spandex. Select a gentle cycle to avoid stretching the fabric.
Drying
Air dry to maintain elasticity. Lay flat or hang to dry. Use low heat setting to avoid shrinking or weakening the fabric.
Ironing
Use low heat setting and avoid direct contact with the spandex.
